Cloud Nine Villa is located on the 8th fairway of the prestigious Highlands Reserve golf community just minutes from Disneyworld.
It is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home that was bought by the current owners in April 2004 and has recently undergone a total $100,000+ renovation to make the home one of the finest villas in the Disney area.
The ground floor communal areas and wet areas throughout the house have been tiled in a large warm coloured ‘Houston Crema’ tiles and new comfortable carpeting in all other areas. The house has been totally re-decorated inside and out. Everything is brand new with the kitchen, bathroom cabinets, lighting and sumptuous rich furniture throughout appointing this home with a quality that is normally associated with 5* hotels!
Equipped to entertain adults and children alike, the house boasts 8 televisions including a 65” Toshiba projection television in the family room, a 36” Toshiba FST television in the Den and 32” Sony FST televisions in the Formal Lounge and Master Bedroom. All of the remaining 4 bedrooms also have televisions. Each television has a DVD player and full 300+ cable channels with on-line guide.
The Den is equipped with a Sony Playstation 2 and MSNTV Internet access. The Family Room has a stereo system. We have also stocked the house with a wide range of Playstation 2 games, board games, DVDs and CDs. A full range of sports equipment is supplied including golf club sets, bicycles, tennis set, baseball set and various sports balls. Cloud Nine Villa is a haven from the attractions of Orlando but is also a holiday destination in itself!
The house is positioned on a ridge overlooking the golf course and conservation land beyond providing West facing panoramic views (rare in Florida!). The pool deck has sun from 10am until the fabulous sunsets in the evening. It is located a short walk from the golf course clubhouse and the Highlands Reserve community facilities including a tennis court, large pool and children’s play area.
