Welcome to our luxury 5 bedroom 4 bathroom pool/spa villa situated on the much sought after indian creek community just 4 minutes from the gates of disney.
Each bedroom is complete with ceiling fans, air conditioning and tv/vcr combis. Two bedrooms have kingsize beds and en-suites, one bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, the two twin bedrooms come complete with a games console each, books and games.
The kitchen is fully equip and comes with both a dining area and breakfast bar.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and a hoover.
The garage is the games room and comes with a full size pool table and other games for your entertainment.
There is a separate dining area leading to the great room which is equip with luxury furnishings, 40’” tv with dvd player, dvd films, stereo, skylights, air conditioning, ceiling fans and leads out to the pool via patio doors.
The pool and decking areas are true south facing and have both been upgraded and extended and include a raised heated jacuzzi, spray jets, sam light, upgraded pool cleaner, sunshelf and luxury furnishings, there is also a lanai are for lunch by the pool.
