Built on a Golf Course and lakeside our 4 Bedroomed 3 bathroom, 2 storey home is in the quiet residential area of Davenport, Orlando.
Only 15 minutes from Disney...and 30 minutes from Orlando Airport
OUR HOUSE/POOL
Recenlty re decorated, our house is furnished to a high standard, has an oversized, south facing oversized private swimming pool, with unrestricted views over the 5th fairway of the golf course.
For your night time entertainment we have installed underwater night lights, with outside dining possible within the lanai area with large table, and chairs, an outside fan has recently been fitted. Sun lounges, chairs and outside shower are also within the pool area. Bar B Que avalable.
LOUNGE
On the ground floor there is plently of living space with two seperate open plan seating areas furnished to a high standard to include, leather suites, large TV, DVD(small selction of DVD's) and Stereo system, large dining room table and chairs. Views to the pool
THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is spacious bright and modern, fully equipped with Dishwasher, cooker, large fridge with icemaker, coffe maker and microwave, high chair, with a seperate breakfast table and chairs for that breakfast overlooking the pool.
The 2nd bathroom is also on the ground floor. Comprising of WC and large walk in shower.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom , has recently been upgraded to include maple bedroom suite,large ensuite featuring walk in wardrobes, vanity unit, large tub and shower, and of course with wonderful views of the pool.
UPSTAIRS
The remaining 3 bedrooms and third bathroom are situated up the elegant wide staircase, all are double/twin rooms, furnished again to high standard have built in wardrobes with the childrens room having a Disney Theme.
MAINTENANCE
We constantlly keep the house at a high standard with all linen and towels changed regularly.
We are happy to help with flights and car hire and pass on discounts.
