TheWay2Stay is not a management or estate agent, our role is to market and promote properties on behalf of their owners or representatives only.

TheWay2Stay cannot guarantee accuracy of any property listed in its pages. The information contained for each property is provided to us by the property owner or representative themselves and TheWay2Stay has not verified these details.

It is the renters responsibility to confirm any information contained within our listings directly with the property owner / representative.

It is the owners' / representatives' responsibility to provide confirmation to the potential renter when requested to do so.

TheWay2Stay is in no way responsible for any owner / representative or their actions. TheWay2Stay does not accept any responsibility for any misrepresentation given by the owners / representatives of the properties advertised on this website.

By using the services of TheWay2Stay you agree to the terms contained in this disclaimer.

Any property owner using this website, and the email addresses contained, to send unsolicited or spam email can face having their advert (if applicable) removed from the website without any refund.

TheWay2Stay cannot be held responsible for any services levels, holiday mishaps, double booking, cancellations by the holiday property owner / representative.

The holiday terms agreed between you and the holiday property owner and any deposits paid by you to the holiday property owner are subject to terms between you and the holiday property owner. TheWay2Stay assume no responsibility or liability for any terms agreed between the holiday property owners / representatives and yourselves.

TheWay2Stay reserves the right:

• To edit or delete an advertisement's content.
• Amend layouts or photographs supplied.
• Not to link to any competing website from an advertisement.
• Not to link to sites with adult, illegal or political content.
• Not to link to sites not directly related to property rental.
• To refuse to advertise any property - at the discretion of the directors.
• To reduce, lengthen or cease offering, any advertising trial period.
• To charge for advertising where payment has been delayed.
• To suspend advertising pending payment.
• To remove misleading advertisments (false information, photos representing a different property, etc) without notification or refund.
• Remove non reciprocated links when no payment has been made.
• Amend our Terms & Conditions from time to time without notification other than by posting to this web site.

Trial periods and 3 month advertising terms are for a one time use per property only and this applies for both Villa-Bookings and TheWay2Stay. Properties added for extra trial periods will be billed at the prevailing rate.

No refunds are available for cancelled listings that have been made live.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
