| Villa Details : | 6 bed, 4.5 bath brand new home. 2 miles from Disney over-looking conservation area at rear. Includes Surround sound, 2 DVD Players and Games Table. Emerald Island - 6 bed / 3.5 bath (sleeps 14) This house is located in the newest and closest resort to Disney, off Highway 192 in Kissimmee. Completed in January 2003, our brand new 2 storey, 6 bedroom (all with built in wardrobes) / 4.5 bathroom rental house (above) has 1 bedroom downstairs and a further 5 bedrooms upstairs. The house is located in a brand new gated community and is 200 yards from the clubhouse offering a gym, children's play area, communal BBQ, public pool and cyber café.
NO smoking and NO pets A large pool and Jacuzzi spa (screen enclosed to keep insects out and let the sun in) overlooks the wooded conservation area. Our house is fully licensed and sleeps up to 14 guests. The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs: a queen with ensuite and a double bedroom, 3 further twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large sofa bed in the games table area comfortably sleeps two people. The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort and can be set to a temperature to suit you. The house has 2 living areas, 1 with TV, surround sound and DVD player, 2 dining rooms and a games area with tv, dvd player, games table and a selection of children's games. The home is one of the newest, largest and closest to the Disney area. All the rooms are spacious allowing several families to spread out without getting under each others feet. Other Amenities
